Goal:
To inform and educate pharmacists about acquired hemophilia A, including the appropriate diagnosis and management of the disease.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
• Describe the incidence and pathophysiology of acquired hemophilia A (AHA)
• List the risk factors for AHA
• Describe patient characteristics common to AHA
• Recommend effective treatment options for AHA
• Recommend appropriate monitoring parameters for antihemophilic factor (recombinant), porcine sequence
• Describe the complications associated with antihemophilic factor (recombinant), porcine sequence.
