We spend so much time learning techniques to improve our patient outcomes, but we rarely take time to look at the way we are acting in our minds and our body language and how that impacts patient outcome measures. Spend 60 minutes learning ways that you can improve your patient outcome measures by improving your emotional intelligence.

• Learn which of the following are we able to control and why it matters? Thoughts, Focus, Body Reactions, Emotions, Behaviors, Performance.
• Learn what focus really means and how you dial in your focus to achieve better patient results.
• Learn the ins and outs of how professional athletes vs non-professional athletes want to be communicated with to get the best clinical outcomes.
