Description:
Labs are drawn frequently on patients with CKD. This session compares the labs that are needed on a weekly versus a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Trends in the values of each lab and the implications of changing lab results are examined.

Learning Outcome:
Nephrology nurses will describe an increased ability to recognize, educate, and plan care for ESRD patients on dialysis.
