Description:
The eContouring for Prostate Cancer Case Library contains 5 cases, case vingette, and reference documents from cases from the 2017 ASTRO Annual Meeting. These cases give users the ability to practice contouring and to receive a metric score to compare the user's contours to that of expert faculty.

With the high cure rate potential of localized prostate cancer, it is more important than ever in this disease to avoid a marginal miss with the advanced technologies available at many practices. How to appropriately localize the prostate and account for daily organ motion is of critical importance in this regard and this course will ensure that participants are exposed to extensive contouring techniques, both on CT as well as MRI. In addition, the clinical scenario of treating a patient post prostatectomy can be very challenging and highlighting the relevant anatomy is of significant importance to ensure that all of the regions at risk receive adequate dosage. This course will review the relevant anatomy on both CT and MRI imaging and review with the participants the expert’s contours.

Learning Objectives:
• Explain the CT and MRI anatomy of the prostate and adjacent normal tissue structures.
• Describe the pitfalls of prostate contouring for planned external beam radiotherapy of the prostate.
• Identify and critique the contours drawn during the session for several test cases.
• Describe contouring nodal stations for lymph node irradiation.
