In this training, the focus will be on the importance and some general guidelines through documentations. The clinician will hopefully learn their habits as clinicians when it comes to note writing. The clinician has an opportunity to learn some common guidelines to follow with documentations. There will be focus on documentation for self protection and rules for writing notes in general. This will be an interactive class that will help in gaining insight needed to gather appropriate information to write a SOAP, BIRP and DAP note. Everyone will be asked to add their experience and knowledge with documentation to add a flavor to the experience for all attending from diverse work back grounds.
