Course Description:
This module discusses a variety of calculations that may be encountered by the hematology/oncology practitioner. This module also reviews the calculation of anticancer medication doses, body surface area, renal function, and dosing considerations in specific populations and instances.

Learning Objectives:
• Explain various dosing formulas used for anticancer medications
• Calculate body surface area and drug doses for a patient, given a patient’s height and weight
• Generate carboplatin dose following calculation of renal function
