•Identify the factors that are increasing the complexity of NSCLC care, including the role of biomarkers and targeted therapies
•Evaluate current efforts to address the increasing costs of NSCLC management and the role of national guidance and policies on therapeutic selection in pathway development
•Explore the benefits and challenges of NSCLC pathways in terms of impact on care, utilization, outcomes, guideline adherence, costs, and therapeutic selection
•Implement strategies to overcome barriers to NSCLC pathway development
