Activity Overview:
Immunotherapy has rapidly become a mainstay of cancer care across the spectrum of tumor types. The role of immunotherapy in the real-world setting has been informed by clinical trial data, but the expanding use of these treatment options in the clinic requires expert perspective to apply the available data to a broader patient population. In this activity, key highlights in immune-related adverse events and biomarker-driven care across melanoma, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer will be reviewed and discussed by expert faculty.

Learning Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this educational activity, you should be better prepared to:
• Describe targets and mechanisms of immunotherapeutic agents in oncology
• Identify key findings of recent clinical trials relevant to immunotherapy across malignancies
• Outline ongoing studies of immunotherapy and the gaps in understanding of efficacy and safety these trials are meant to address
• List biomarkers and patient-specific factors that may affect response to immunotherapeutic treatment
• Define evidence-based treatment strategies to mitigate and prevent immune-mediated adverse events with immunotherapeutic agents across malignancies

Benefits of Participating:
• Identify the latest updates on the role of immunotherapy in lung cancer, melanoma, and colorectal cancer
• Gain expert perspective on the application of immunotherapy to patient populations that exist outside the spectrum of clinical trial eligibility
• Learn about emerging data regarding ongoing research to incorporate biomarkers that identify patients most likely to benefit from immunotherapy
