At the conclusion of this application-based activity, participants should be able to:
- Review changes to CAP guidelines and implications for practice.
- Identify risk factors for specific pathogens and resistance in older adults.
- Examine how medication safety data limits treatment options in older adults.
- Formulate an optimized antimicrobial treatment plan for patient cases.
