The risk of communication is miscommunication. In this team meeting, Dr. Ricardo Mitrani shares a personal example of miscommunication that inadvertently drove a patient away, but ultimately returned. The situation stimulates discussion between team members to further dissect examples of communication breakdowns driving home the fact that when a practice team member interacts with a patient there’s always a potential for miscommunication.
