This training is relevant to certification or recertification for educational requirements and professional growth issues, along with clinical assessment, counseling services and aftercare planning.

In this training, the focus will be on the many steps through the case management process. The clinician will hopefully learn how to remain objective, learn crisis interventions, put together resources, referrals, and understand the importance of creating a plan with the client in mind with advocacy and service coordination.
