Cancer Summaries and Commentaries™ Update from Stockholm: European Perspectives on the Future Application of CAR T-Cell Therapies is organized by Physicians' Education Resource, LLC (PER) and will be held from Feb 28, 2019 - Feb 28, 2020.

Target Audience:
This educational activity is directed toward hematologist/oncologists, medical oncologists, and fellows who treat patients with hematologic malignancies.

Surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, researchers, and other healthcare professionals interested in the treatment of hematologic malignancies are also invited to participate.

Activity Overview:
This online Physicians’ Education Resource,® LLC activity, Cancer Summaries and Commentaries™: Update from Stockholm: European Perspectives on the Future Application of CAR T-Cell Therapies, is designed to update physicians on data presented at the 23rd Annual Congress of the European Hematology Association, which took place June 14-17, 2018, in Stockholm, Sweden. During this online activity, the program faculty, Andre Goy, MD, MS, will review reported data from 4 clinically relevant abstracts. For each abstract, a short summary of key clinical data is accompanied by expert perspectives that provide insight into how clinicians can apply these findings to their clinical practice to improve patient care.

• Explain recent emerging evidence concerning the use of CAR T cells in the management of follicular lymphoma (and rare subsets of NHL)
• Place recent evidence in the context of evolving clinical perspectives on the use of CAR T cells, including the management of treatment-related toxicities in patients receiving these strategies
