Brief Interventions of Addiction Counseling-Adult vs Adolescents is organized by Appalachian Way Counseling, LLC. This course has been approved for a maximum of 6 Hours.

Overview:
This training is relevant to certification or recertification for educational requirements and professional growth issues, along with treatment planning.

In this training, the focus will be on the complex relationship between counseling differences for adult’s verses adolescents. Discussions will include general counseling best practices, harm reduction, working with parents, meeting the clients where they are, interventions such as self help, medical, drugs of choice, relapse prevention and many more.
