Description:
This course employs a case-based approach to illustrate the application of new biomarkers as an adjunct to histomorphologic features for diagnosing renal infiltrative tumors, bladder urothelial carcinoma, and testicular germ cell tumors.

• Germ cell tumors of the testis.

• GATA3 expression in germ cell tumors.

Objectives:

• How to approach differential diagnoses in GU pathology practically based on H&E evaluation.
• How a practical and select panel of biomarkers can be used to confirm one's H&E impression.
