The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge/competence, and upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:

  1. Improve patient outcomes by asking open ended questions beyond those on an electronic medical record form
  1. Assist in facilitating behavioral change to achieve medical goals
  2. Understand strategies other than scare tactics to help patients achieve medical and health goals
