ASAM placement with overview of screening and intake is organized by Appalachian Way Counseling, LLC. This course has been approved for a maximum of 7 Hours.
 
Overview:
This training is relevant to certification or recertification for educational requirements and professional growth issues, case management along with treatment planning.

In this training, the focus will be on the placements of criterion for the benefits of the client’s needs using ASAM. The clinician will be able to develop guiding principles, goals of treatment, length of stay and continuum of care. These steps will help the client progress through the level of care most relevant to them with direct understanding from the placement criteria directed by the counselor using ASAM guidelines.
