This course will provide an overview of emerging payment models and delivery system reform models and how these models can improve population health outcomes, especially within disproportionately affected populations. Physician leaders and public health practitioners will learn how these models can be used to improve patient outcomes, enhance clinician satisfaction, and transform healthcare systems.
