This publication explores the social determinants of health that uniquely affect LGBTQ people of color, and provides strategies and solutions for health centers seeking to better serve this population. The publication focuses on using the model of intersectionality as a way of viewing social determinants of health and guiding health care providers in how to work with clients who hold multiple marginalized identities.
