Matching Successful Intervention Approaches with Pediatric Therapy Referrals is a web course packed full of intervention techniques. Participants will use a brain-based analysis approach to see where the need lies and what activities will achieve the best rehab outcomes. Goal topics that will be addressed include breath support, mobility, energy level, toileting, fine motor skills, sleep interventions, oral motor skills, nutrition, visual skills, and co-regulation.  Course instruction method includes: lecture, picture/graphs, and question/answers.

Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  1. Apply information from the access to a free on-line rehab activity suggestion generator.
  2. Identify the various parts of the brain as they relate to sequential rehab.
  3. Analyze and explore home, school, residential, and farm-based therapeutic activity suggestions
