Description:
The Avera Perinatal TeleECHO is an educational series composed of obstetric related content. This series is designed to connect providers in a collaborative effort on improving obstetric care and access to obstetric care in SD. This is a recording of the live session that discusses fetal growth restriction and the current evidence-based interventions and management approaches associated with it.
Objectives:
- Understand the etiology and pathophysiology of FGR, including maternal, placental, and fetal factors.
- Identify clinical manifestations and diagnostic criteria for FGR.
- Evaluate current evidence-based interventions and management approaches for FGR, including monitoring techniques, and delivery timing.
- Develop strategies in a team approach to prevent and manage complications related to high risk pregnancies.

In support of improving patient care, Avera is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
