Overview:
This series provides descriptions of the most common cold weather related injuries seen in the camp setting. This series will also discuss the ways to plan your camp’s policies and physical space to minimize the health effects from cold weather.
Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
• Identify the differences between the various stages of hypothermia.
• Differentiate the various forms of cold weather related injuries based on presentation
• Discuss the management techniques for the various cold related injuries.
