Avera vLEAD sessions will incorporate internal content experts, intentional leadership topics, and focused attention to what leaders need, now. This recorded session features Avera HR Insights Partner Luke Mack discussing system Employee Engagement (GLINT) results, tactics towards driving engagement and retention, and best practices to leverage employee engagement action plans around your GLINT results. The discussion also reviewed barriers for leaders and active tactics that can be implemented to make positive impacts on team engagement. The intention for this discussion for leaders is to help empower them to effectively lead their teams impact engagement, retention, and outcomes.
Objectives:
- Articulate GLINT results at the system level and connect to their individual team results.
- Understand resources available to support individual action plans for their team tactics in Employee Engagement.
- Discuss best practice ideas shared by other leaders in key areas of the GLINT survey.
