Overview:
It is our pleasure to welcome you to Non-neoplastic Hematology, a Live Virtual Conference. This important CME/CE event will take you on a two-day journey of education and begins as you enter the lobby of the unique Virtual Conference Center.

The agenda includes ITP, TTP, aHUS, Thrombosis, Autoimmune hemolytic anemia, Antiphospholipid syndrome, Hemophilia, PV/ET as well as Myelofibrosis and each day ends with a live debate. All of the presentations will be prerecorded but there will be ample opportunity to ask questions as the faculty will be live and will be able to address them. However, if you miss one of the presentations or if you just wish to listen to it again, remember they will be prerecorded and available for you to watch again. Some, if not all of the slides, will be available for downloading as PDFs.

The virtual conference platform will provide attendees with many of the same facilities available at a live symposium. You will be able to explore the poster hall, the exhibit hall, and certainly to network with colleagues in the lounge, so we invite you to take your time as you explore each of the halls.
