Trainee Feedback is organized by Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and will be held from Feb 01 - Nov 30, 2025.

Description:
Trainees are involved in providing feedback to junior doctors, such as interns, as well as participating in feedback discussions about their own performance with their Surgical Supervisors. The course has been developed at the specific request of Trainees to assist them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively participate in feedback conversations.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

• Define feedback and dialogic feedback
• Describe the principles of effective feedback
• Identify the impact of trust on effective feedback
• Identify a model of feedback
• Participate in a feedback dialogue
• Recognise verbal and non-verbal impacts on a feedback dialogue
• Identify how to seek feedback.
