Description:
Now in its 5th year, the Primary Care Innovations Conference extends a venue to learn, connect, and collaborate with health professionals working to advance primary care throughout Florida and the Southeast. The conference is intended for anyone working to enhance primary care - physical therapists and pharmacists to social workers and administrators. Together, we can innovate and make primary care better.
Our intention is to form a collaborative space in which the primary care community can experience and learn from each other’s innovative practices and ideas. With your participation we strive to:
• Share primary care practice innovations that advance access, quality, and coordination of care
• Think beyond our prevailing traditional medical culture/framework to push the status quo in primary care forward
• Bring all members of the interdisciplinary primary care team together to innovate
• Build a community of innovators in primary care who will have the chance to continue to collaborate into the future
