This webinar explores the latest research and guidelines on physical activity participation for women before, during, and after pregnancy, with a special focus on pregnancy loss.
Designed for exercise professionals, allied health practitioners, and fitness coaches, the session provides an in-depth understanding of current prevalence rates and the evidence surrounding physical activity recommendations following a pregnancy loss. Participants will gain knowledge of national and international physical activity guidelines and learn best practices for safe and effective exercise before, during, and after pregnancy. The webinar also addresses the prevalence and impact of early pregnancy loss, highlighting its physical and psychological implications to better support affected individuals.
