National Posture Institute (NPI) Certified Posture Specialist™ (CPS) certificate Program is organized by National Posture Institute (NPI) and will be held on Aug 05, 2022.

Description:
The online NPI-Certified Posture Specialist(tm) (NPI-CPS) certificate program prepares personal trainers and health/medical/fitness professionals to assess and educate their clients/patients in all areas of posture and body alignment. Modules are used to teach the certificate program. It includes quizzes and the final exam that is required to graduate. The online certificate program is self-paced and can be completed at your own pace. The program is divided into Five Modules. Students can work at their own pace and have unlimited access for three (3) months.
Certificate Objectives
These modules will explain, demonstrate, teach, and analyze posture and exercise movements in a clear and logical order. These modules will:
• To teach individuals how to incorporate the NPI posture assessment into their current exercise and health assessment programs
• Use the NPI's Body Alignment Grid(tm), to evaluate the anatomical structure of the vertebral column, and other extremities.
• Examine how poor posture can lead to back pain, postural dysfunction and injury risk.
• Provide an overview of exercise science, such as anatomy, kinesiology and exercise physiology. Also, program details for performing postural assessments.
• Learn methods to correct alignment, reverse pattern, improve posture, relieve backache, and train people using cognitive methods through the NPI's Four Points of Posture (tm) Program.
