Moving Forward: A New Focus on Patient Care is organized by Illinois Health and Hospital Association (IHA) and will be held on Aug 16, 2022.

Objectives:
• Recognize the effects of inclusiveness and trust-building in your surroundings.
• Raise awareness of things that can undermine trust, like possible biases we have that affect how we act.
• Identify and take responsibility for the part that leaders play in creating a culture of moral safety.
