Overview:
HOBSCOTCH Cognitive Coach Certification is designed to prepare learners to deliver home based self-management and cognitive training to epilepsy patients who have cognitive challenges. Problem solving therapy, compensatory memory strategies and self-awareness exercises are key educational components. Didactic lectures, video demonstration and supervised role-playing allow learners to acquire the knowledge and skill set required to deliver the intervention to patients.
