Description:
This program focuses on the essential elements of good documentation for the chiropractic office. Common errors in record keeping will be reviewed with recommendations for correction. The record keeping process will be discussed, concentrating on care/management plans and daily office notes. Attendees will learn to use the case history and initial examination as patient education tools thus maximizing the doctor’s time with the patient.
