You can email us at admin@doctorology.co.uk if you booked on our website via Ticket Tailor.Course refund fee requests need a maximum of seven working days notice prior to the conference start. Refunds may be subject to currency conversion fees and/or payment processor fees for which we have no control. Late refund requests (after the 7 working-day deadline) will be subject to a 50% fee and you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount. Accommodation is strictly non-refundable.

Please kindly seek approval from your employer regarding approval of leaves prior to booking as refund requests take significant administration time and may lead to at least partial loss of your course fees and/or flight costs if attending from abroad.
