4th Annual Advanced Practice Collaborative (APC) is organized by Physicians' Education Resource LLC (PER) and will be held from Sep 10 - 11, 2021.

Target Audience:
This CME-certified activity is directed toward nurse practitioners and physician assistants practicing in the primary care setting. Physicians and other health care professionals interested in the treatment of patients in the primary care setting may also participate.
