This course offers a unique, balanced perspective, with half of the course focused on Western medical understanding of liver physiology, pathology, and treatment strategies, and the other half dedicated to TCM theory, diagnostics, and therapeutic methods.

With over 40 years of practice in both TCM and Western medicine, Dr. Sheng will share how many difficult and challenging cases can be traced back to Liver disharmony and demonstrate pragmatic approaches for addressing them. Participants will explore how to diagnose and treat liver-related disorders, from emotional and anxiety conditions to digestive and pain syndromes, using both herbal and acupuncture methods alongside modern Western medical care.
