Outline how prolonging neoadjuvant treatment before resection does not seem to cause increased treatment-related toxicity or postoperative morbidity.
Discuss whether TNT translates to better long-term oncologic outcomes remains unclear due to the short-term follow-up in many of the studies included in this meta-analysis
