Description:
Dr. Masterson will be discussing the development and testing of The Immersive Virtual Alimentation and Nutrition Application: An Interactive Digital Dietitian. He will demonstrate its effectiveness in comparison to both digital and in person delivery in improving knowledge about portion size and energy density.
