Neurology: Core cerebrospinal fluid biomarker profile in cerebral amyloid angiopathy: A meta-analysis is organized by American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and will be held from Feb 27, 2018 - Feb 27, 2021.
The target audience for this medical event is physicians who are involved in providing patient care and who wish to advance their current knowledge of clinical medicine. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 0.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Objectives are :
Upon completion of the article by Charidimou et al, the participant should be able to:
• Discuss differences in β-amyloid (Aβ) levels in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and healthy controls in this study
• Describe differences in Aβ levels in the CSF of patients with CAA compared to patients with Alzheimer disease (AD) in this study
• Identify which subgroups of patients in this study were found to have higher CSF levels of total and phosphorylated tau
