Description :
This journal activity provides practitioners with the knowledge needed to understand which schedules and modalities for delivering ultra-short breast radiotherapy are associated with the most favorable recurrence and toxicity profiles compared to conventionally fractionation and moderately accelerated regimens.

Learning Objectives :
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
• Categorize approaches to ultra-short breast radiotherapy based on schedule and radiotherapy technique.
• Compare rates of recurrence and toxicity between ultra-short, moderately accelerated, and conventionally fractionated whole and partial breast radiotherapy techniques.
• Counsel patients on recurrence and toxicity outcomes of ultra-short breast radiotherapy options.
