This journal activity provides practitioners with the knowledge needed to understand which schedules and modalities for delivering ultra-short breast radiotherapy are associated with the most favorable recurrence and toxicity profiles compared to conventionally fractionation and moderately accelerated regimens.

• Categorize approaches to ultra-short breast radiotherapy based on schedule and radiotherapy technique.
