DDSEP 8 - Chapter 11 - Gastrointestinal Infections of the Small Intestine and Colon is organized by American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and will be held from Jun 13, 2018 - Apr 01, 2019.
The target audience for this medical event is gastroenterologists, GI fellows, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health-care professionals who treat GI disorders. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 6 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Course Description:
Learners will be able to review infectious agents that cause noninvasive and invasive diarrhea. The role of diagnostic testing for acute diarrhea and the rationale for antibiotic treatment in certain cases is also discussed.
CME/MOC Information:
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 6 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC points.
