Cranial Distortion Patterns and Adjusting: Supporting Breastfeeding Success is organized by International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and will be held on Jul 25, 2026 at Sherman College of Chiropractic, Boiling Springs, South Carolina, United States of America.

Description:
This course teaches specific cranial distortion patterns originating from birth trauma and how those distortions affect infant feeding. Students will also learn how these cranial distortions often present as "tethered oral tissues" and about current controversy in the medical professions surrounding frenotomy. Students will gain hands-on cranial adjusting skills and clinical applications to offer the highest level of care for infants with feeding challenges.

Course Goal:
Participants will learn to assess and adjust common cranial distortion patterns often found in infants with feeding challenges. They will also learn to confidently discuss the role of chiropractic care in restoring and supporting normal oral neurobiomechanical function required for breastfeeding.
