Educational offerings will include a wide range of emergency medicine topics such as clinical procedures, resuscitation, and specialty-focused care in pediatrics, obstetrics, and ophthalmology.

Thoracic Procedures Workshop
Sunday, April 19 2:30-4:30pm

Join us for a hands-on Thoracic Procedures Workshop designed to reinforce and expand on Sunday afternoon’s lectures. Participants will rotate through high-yield skill stations, including GI balloon tamponade devices for variceal bleeding, chest tube and pigtail placement, pericardiocentesis, thoracotomy, floating transvenous pacers, and cardiac ultrasound. This immersive session is ideal for clinicians looking to refine critical procedural techniques and build confidence managing life-threatening thoracic and cardiac emergencies in the emergency department.

Eye Workshop
Monday, April 20 2:00-4:00pm

Join us for a hands-on Eye Workshop designed to reinforce and expand on Monday afternoon’s ophthalmology lectures. Participants will rotate through skill stations to practice slit lamp exams, perform ocular ultrasound, explore the latest tonometers, and carry out essential emergency procedures such as lateral canthotomy. Perfect for anyone looking to sharpen their clinical eye skills and gain confidence in diagnosing and managing ocular emergencies.

OB Emergencies Workshop
Tuesday, April 21 2:00-4:00pm

Join us for a hands-on OB Emergencies Workshop designed to reinforce and expand on Tuesday afternoon’s obstetric lectures. Participants will rotate through skill stations to practice OB ultrasound, review key techniques for managing postpartum hemorrhage, and refine their response to high-stakes deliveries — including shoulder dystocia and perimortem cesarean sections. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen their confidence and skills in managing critical obstetric situations in the emergency department.

Pediatric Procedures Workshop

Join us for this workshop that will help you feel more confident and comfortable when taking care of critical pediatric patients. Between Pediatric Airways, umbilical lines, IO’s and other PALS procedures and skills you’ll be amazed by what you’ll glean from our expert faculty.

COLA / CORE Review
