Learning Objectives:
After completing this activity, participants will be able to:

Critically appraise the current state of CAR-T cell therapies and other advanced immunotherapeutics in achieving durable remission of immune-mediated disease. This will include evolving strategies in B-cell and CD19 targeting for autoimmune and IgG4-related diseases and explore how nutrition and the gut microbiome influence immune regulation and autoimmunity.
Integrate emerging immunologic therapeutics into clinical decision making, including novel approaches such as vagal nerve stimulation and targeted T cell therapies in rheumatic conditions.
Evaluate the current landscape and emerging evidence of immunotherapeutic strategies in crystalline arthropathies.
Differentiate current and emerging precision therapies for psoriatic diseases, axial spondyloarthropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus by identifying immunologic pathways and biomarkers that inform individualized treatment approaches.
Address comorbidities to immune-mediated disease by analyzing immuno-metabolic links between obesity, inflammation, and psoriatic disease and evaluating the role of GLP-1 receptor agonists and other metabolic interventions.
