Objectives:

Season 1 & 2

These 2 seasons covers the basics of laparoscopy that are mandatory to master in order to obtain the optimal result of laparoscopic approach. Entry in laparoscopy is still responsible of 1/3 of the complications. All routes are involve in complications and the best way to avoid them is to master the anatomy of the abdominal wall, the landmarks of the dangerous organs, and to understand the underlying safety included on the different techniques.

Season 4 - Suturing is one of the 3 important technical pillar to achieve an optimal laparoscopic surgery. This season is optional to improve your suturing skills and techniques.

Season 5 - Adnexal surgery represents 80% of the daily gynecological practice. The high value of the conservation of the adnexa specifically in young patient needs a perfect technical approach that is going to be described in this season.

Season 6 - Hysterectomy is the first elective indication in gynecology that requires to recognize, gonecologis as before so exTend the indication to imps det de cases. Mastering hy erectomy technique is a must to move from standard to expert level.

Season 7 - Fibroids are a frequent occurrence mainly in uterine bleeding. Myomectomy is associated with a high risk of post operative bleeding and the good obstetrical outcome depends on the quality of the surgery. All aspects of the myomectomy are described during this season.

Season 8 - Endometriosis, Urogynecology and Oncology are sub-specialties, but it is important for any gynecologist to understand the basic principle on the treatment of those diseases. The goal of this season is to give to every participant a flavor of the content of those sub-specialties that will be covered by specific master courses.

Season 9 - As said there is no surgeon that do not have complications, but their occurrence can be minimized, they can be diagnosed in time and treat correctly. During this season, all specific complications of laparoscopy will be described and the way to prevent and treat them clearly explain
