CME CONFERENCE TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received in writing at least four weeks prior to the conference start date will receive a refund less a $100.00 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that time.

Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.  Thank you for your understanding.

Wilderness and Travel Medicine uses images from our conferences in our marketing material including our website and social media.  If you do not wish to appear in our marketing materials, please inform our on-site conference manager or director.

Advanced Wilderness Expedition Provider (AWEP Certification) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days prior to the course start date will incur a $50 fee. Within 30 days of the course, no refunds will be given.

Optional Workshop Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at time of purchase. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the workshop date will incur a $25 fee. Within 30 days of the workshop, no refunds will be given.  Thank you for your understanding.
