Two days of lectures with the latest international research in the fields surrounding the "The Challenge of Prevention".
Each year the symposium deals with a single topic relevant to Mental Health, a topic for which the organizing/scientific committee chooses a series of speakers from among the world's leading experts on the subject. Each of them presents their views and experience, as well as the results of their research, completely independent of the pharmaceutical industry. Controversies is the only event of its kind in continental Europe and we believe that the continued success of audience over time validates its format and the proposed methodology.
The topic of Prevention in Mental Health is of great relevance, although it is seldom treated in a systematic way in scientific meetings. In this edition of Controversies we will review the different approaches that can be established for the prevention, at different levels, of stress, addictive, psychotic and affective disorders.
Speakers from around the world, including: Sir Robin Murray (UK), Christoph Correll (Germany), Veerle Bergink (USA), Pim Cuijpers (Netherlands), Michael Berk (Australia).
Goals:
To Bring Our Excellent Speakers and Content -of the Highest International Level- to Training Specialists and to Do So at a Very Affordable Cost.
