The 2026 NEXT Summit program broadens its focus beyond HCC and liver cancers to include additional disease states, integrating novel therapeutic applications and next-generation combination approaches that reflect the rapidly evolving landscape of patient care and drive forward-thinking treatment strategies.

Learning Objectives:

• Critically evaluate landmark clinical trial data from 2025–2026 and translate these findings into forward-looking strategies that shape patient care.
• Apply emerging evidence in combination and sequencing approaches to optimize IO and systemic treatment regimens across disease stages.
• Integrate clinical factors and case-based decision-making to deliver Y-90 radioembolization safely and effectively in complex hepatocellular carcinoma, including high lung shunt fractions, macrovascular invasion, large tumors, and multifocal disease.
• Evaluate emerging intratumoral agents and the role in combination immunotherapy strategies for real-world implementation of new therapeutic approaches.
• Identify where innovations in devices, imaging, and AI for interventional oncology add procedural enhancements.
• Assess the future-facing strategies, and approaches using precision medicine for patient-centered care.
