OVERVIEW

Slopeside Insights: Navigating Abdominal and Thoracic Imaging is organized by Penn Medicine - Department of Radiology and will be held from Feb 18 - 22, 2025 at Grand Hyatt Vail, Vail, Colorado, United States of America.

Overview:
This course is tailored for clinical radiologists seeking to enhance their skills in interpreting challenging imaging diagnoses encountered in their daily practice. It focuses on algorithmic approaches to these diagnoses, emphasizing practical and methodical strategies rather than delving into detailed disease-related information.

Experienced subspecialty faculty from Penn Radiology and guest experts will lead the course. The curriculum includes two days dedicated to abdominal imaging topics and two and a half days focused on chest imaging. Didactic lectures will provide a comprehensive understanding of the approaches, which instructors will further reinforce through interactive case sessions.

One unique aspect of this course is its schedule, allowing attendees ample time for recreational activities in the picturesque surroundings of Vail. With morning and afternoon sessions, participants will have 6.5 hours each day to enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, or exploring the area's beauty.

This course offers a balanced blend of academic learning and outdoor recreation, making it an attractive opportunity for radiologists looking to enhance their skills while enjoying the natural splendor of Vail.
