Registration Guidelines

All faculties & delegates members must register for the conference.
The PAN CARD number is mandatory for conference registration to comply with income tax rules.
If PAN CARD details are not filled 2% extra charges will be added.
Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area
Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch, banquet and delegate kit.
Accompanying person will not be entitled for the delegate kit.
Provide us your updated email id & mobile number, as it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
Delegate must bring a receipt at the time of registration.
Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
For Spot Registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to the availability.
Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
Membership number is mandatory for registration in membership category.
Convenience fee will be added to the total amount at the time of payment.
Registration for children below 5 years is complimentary. However, it is mandatory to mention their details above for security purpose.
It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
*It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter/ PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category.
Conference registration will be mandatory for attending and registering for the workshop.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed
50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st May 2025.
75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st August 2025.
No refund will be made for the requests sent after 31st August 2025.
GST / bank charges/ online charges will be non-refundable.
Registration is not transferable.
Refunds will be made one month after conference completion.
*Please send duly filled Registration form along with Cheque or DD in favour of "INDIAN CHEST SOCIETY NAPCON 2025" payable at Patna.
