Learn Serve Lead: The AAMC Annual Meeting is attended by medical school deans, teaching hospital CEOs, and medical school and teaching hospital faculty, researchers, administrators, residents, and students. The 110+ education sessions range from those that explore macro challenges, societal issues that touch academic medicine and solutions to those featuring innovation in medical education and research. The meeting attracts more than 4,500 attendees and is scheduled over a five-day period.

Educational Objectives:

The 110+ CME sessions at Learn Serve Lead cover a wide breath of topics including: science advancements and funding, health care workforce, health equity, racial injustice, educational scholarship, leadership, competencies across the continuum of medical education, faculty practice and health system change, as well as thought leader sessions tackling issues and challenges within medicine and extending to society at large.
