However, if you do need to cancel, we offer the best cancellation policy of any CME conference company! Cancel for ANY reason prior to the first day of the conference and we will refund your registration fee. (May be subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee.)

Refunds for International Attendees

If American Medical Seminars issued you an Invitation Letter to attend a CME conference in the United States and you need to cancel your registration, will only refund 50% your registration fee. This is to cover the cost of your Invitation Letter and processing costs. By registering, you agree to the non refundable portion of the registration.
