Industry Leading Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to attend the conference you booked with American Medical Seminars, we hope you’ll consider transferring your registration to a different conference. However, if you do need to cancel, we offer the best cancellation policy of any CME conference company! Cancel for ANY reason prior to the first day of the conference and we will refund your registration fee. (May be subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee.)
Refunds for International Attendees
If American Medical Seminars issued you an Invitation Letter to attend a CME conference in the United States and you need to cancel your registration, will only refund 50% your registration fee. This is to cover the cost of your Invitation Letter and processing costs. By registering, you agree to the non refundable portion of the registration.
Choose Online or In Person
American Medical Seminars offers busy healthcare practitioners the option to choose from live streaming webinars or in person conferences. If you change your mind about how you want to attend, American Medical Seminars offers a refund or upcharge for the difference in ticket price.
