The 52nd SOLACI 2025 Regional Conference (19th Central America and the Caribbean Region) is organized by Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology / Sociedad Latinoamericana de Cardiologia Intervencionista (SOLACI) and will be held from Oct 08 - 10, 2025 at InterContinental Costa Rica at Multiplaza Mall, an IHG Hotel, San jose, San Jose, Costa Rica.

Description:
The event will feature a high-level scientific program and a large number of national and international guests to discuss the most relevant topics in current Latin American interventional cardiology.

The Costa Rica 2025 Conference is organized by SOLACI in conjunction with the Costa Rican Cardiology Association (ASOCAR) and the Costa Rican Association of Interventional Cardiology (ACCI), and is held within the framework of the 2025 Congress from Prevention to Intervention . The conference is aimed at interventional cardiologists, clinical cardiologists, catheterization technicians and nurses, and anyone who wishes to update their training and grow professionally.

The Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology (SOLACI) promotes medical education, the application of best practices in cardiovascular medicine in the field of cardiac catheterization treatments, and organizes the most important scientific events in the specialty in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Regional conferences have been held to promote Interventional Cardiology in each country, with the collaboration of national and international interventionalists, fostering scientific development, research, and cooperation among nations with similar realities.

Goals:

• An update on basic and advanced knowledge of interventional cardiology with a simple approach, grouped into topics of interest and application in clinical practice.
• Include the general practitioner, internist, cardiologist, cardiac surgeon, vascular surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses, and technicians in a multidisciplinary discussion on the management of patients with heart and vascular disease.
• To highlight and illustrate the latest advances in the design, concept, and application of new technologies in a constantly evolving field.
• Discuss clinical cases, edited and broadcast live, and optimal management according to established guidelines.
• Establish a link between national and international colleagues to collaborate on the incorporation of new devices and training.
